Healing through the therapeutic use of both verbal and nonverbal communication associated with activities which affect clients and their relationships with the surrounding environment (e.g. talking, writing, painting, composing, knitting, dancing, hiking, mediating, praying…). Through communication rooted in open questions, in exploration and reframing of meanings, the client is supported in detecting and reshaping personal interpretations of concrete experiences intertwined with family logic and other logics dominating the communities and the society the client inhabits.
We utilize everything (both positive and negative) the client brings, as well as what I as the therapist bring, to each therapeutic encounter. We collaboratively identify recurring patterns of (non)action and factors which limit the client, we find exceptions and overlooked stories of small personal successes, we develop novelties in perceptions and behaviours by providing (from the client’s viewpoint) an unexpected yet perfectly understandable and easily acceptable interpretation or information. These provide the basis for mutually negotiated steps to achieving the desired change.
In general, we assimilate all available knowledge, techniques and procedures and tailor them to the needs of each individual client. Intentionally doing "good" implies supporting and promoting a more productive, more purposeful, more fulfilling relationships and more humane existence, ultimately acting so to increase the number of choices (please see Heinz von Foerster). Health, including mental health, is the success of an individual, family and/or group in functioning in a way that enables the achievement of one's own goals without reducing the number of choices for others.

A program adjusted to your personal stressful experiences which, though outwardly similar to experiences of others, inwardly are unique. We create a discreet space where you can safely deposit this unique burden of yours; you can view it from different angles and positions, understand it in contexts of one's own life and eliminate it (by using techniques such as guided visualization, focusing). We uncover how to reduce the internalization of aggravating influences which deteriorate psycho-somatic functioning, so to boost resilience and the sense of well-being.

A program that encourages regular mental activities tailored to your personal affinities and needs in order to stimulate cognitive processes and neuroplasticity (from relaxation, through mnemonic techniques for improving memory, to brain games and cognitive boosters). Furthermore within this holistic approach to mental rejuvenation, clients are encouraged to consume quality nutrition (with an emphasis on foods that can nutritionally stimulate and facilitate brain function), as well as to practice the knowledge on proper breathing.
